edit a cake php website

Have a current site called [login to view URL] needing to fix it up...i have currently outsourced to odesk but this has been going on for a very long time.... I need to deal with someone based in Australia for communication reasons.. the few changes left are only very very minor such as the below Cron Job Sending Email : send the following email addresses (need to these email on the setting separated by ‘,’ ); a copy of the running sheet each day the night before. So. Send a pdf to those people at 8pm, each night, the night before the following day with the following days run sheet. So on 14/08/13 at 8pm – the system will send those email addresses the run sheet of 15/08/13 and on a Friday send me one for Sat, Sun, Mon, Tues. Timing issue When working on multiple deliveries, for example Aaron Muys for 14/08/13 on the run sheet it is showing two return times, both the 12.06 and the 1.06pm – it should be just the 1.06pm Please adjust, and why is it showing 1.06 when the day view is advising 1.04pm for this run?? All times should be moved across the same on rund sheet as are on the day sheet Need waiters (staff type waiters /booking) to appear on front sheet with phone numbers Front cover sheet (the multi print or the single print on day view) doesn’t say the driver name Front cover sheet (the multi print or the single print on day view) doesn’t say the depart time, only has what time the delivery is for
