text based Browser game developer needed

Hello I work with Photoshop myself and I create pictures, art and such, and I currently have a great idea to a browser game I want to make, I am not rich or anything but I will pay (let's talk price privat) here is what i kind'a got in mind that it could be looking a little like [login to view URL] (if you got another idea I'm all ears love ideas) I like it since it as a lot of pictures and you can create your own char and such and since I can make all the "graphic" of it myself such as (weapons, background and so on) I need one that is good at coding I never been good at HTML and such
