web application to track local prices

I'm looking for someone to build a site that will display information out of a relational database. I've completed most of the data model. The site will be able to display prices on certain goods (that fall in four main categories) in various ways (by best deal, by neighborhood, by brand/product, etc). I'd like the map piece to integrate with Google Maps API. I'd like there to be an area for user discussion (VBulletin?) I'd like to include Google AdSense (which I think requires the site to be active). I'll give the developer the data model and they'll bring me back the application. (I'll gather data, enter into the database, market the site.) The developer should have enough experience to make the site (reasonable) aesthetically pleasing. If the developer is successful, they'll be given preference as enhancements become needed.
