I have a website that I would like to redo so that users can search the contents more easily. Subscribers pay once through paypal to access pdf files that they can print (therapy activities for children with speech and language delay). I need users to be able to search and display activities with pdfs title, text and image. I have created pdf versions of what I want for the site, within an account, and for my own administrator account (so that I can manage activities, post new ones, communicate with members, and delete or suspend accounts). I will only consider specific bids - I would like to know how much in total it will cost to build this site before I commit and I would like a timeline for completion as well.
