I have attached three files. The two titled "Daily Sheet" The third file titled Recap Sheet - is month at a time summary look at the daily sheets. The Daily Sheets are completed by the store personal and the data manual transfered to the recap sheet . Both are e-mailed nightly to corp office. I would like the Daily sheets in the same workbook but on differant worksheets - and the totals posted to the recap sheet automatically. The daily sheet currently has 4 pages. 3 of the pages record the same data - the fourth page records misc transacations. Most days not even a full page is used. I would like for the daily sheet - to have maybe ten lines already there - and have the capablity to add lines as needed. On the misc page of the daily sheet - there is typically one or two entires on this page. I would like to be able to add this info on an as needed basis. The differance between the two daily sheets is a fee we collect at some of the locations if a payment is made late. I would like to have the ablitiy to have this fee either show up or not show up depending on either the location or some code - In effect I would only have one daily sheet that would either have the fee calcualtion or would not have it depending on the location. Currently this is all in Excel as you can see. I am ok with some other platform as long as it works. Keeping it in Excel is ok to. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. It is anticipated that the project would be a one time project. There may be a need for minor updates in the future - but it would be minimal. There were two excel spreadsheet attached to the original spec. One was called Daily Sheet and the other Recap Sheet. Each month there are up to 26 separate Daily Sheet files (Mon ??" Sat ??" closed on Sun) and one Recap Sheet files. I want to consolidate these files into one file that has the recap file info and all of the daily sheets for the month. This file must be small enough to be e-mailed from the store to the home office. Most stores have only one daily sheet each day. A few of the larger stores have two employees will have two daily sheets each day. Both of these sheets need to be included into one file. The daily sheet has three main functions. 1. Record loan activity of customers that come into the store 2. Record other cash disbursements and receipts 3. Record non-cash activity involving customers funds There are 5 tabs on the Daily Sheet, Three of them ??" Daily Sheet, page 2, and page 3 all record the loan activity of the customers. Typically only 15 to 20 lines on the Daily Sheet tab are used. The rest is blank. Ideally the first time the workbook was opened each day ??" the employee would be prompted to enter their name. All of the other info like date, beg cash etc would be already filed in. Would like to see some type of “Add and Entry?? button that when clicked would add a line to enter the customer info. This would eliminate a lot of the wasted space. The Misc tab records other uses of cash such as deposit and cash expenses. It also records non cash customer activity. I envision a simi lar function as describe above. If an entry was needed there would be a button to click on that would add the line for the entry Of course the totals would carry to the Recap sheet. For a variety of reasons I am not looking for a program to be written from scratch ??" just need some sophisticated Marcos using excel. Hopefully this helps explain the project a little better. If you are still interested let me know. I plan on making a decision in the next couple of days. Thanks Phil ## Platform Windows XP Pro
