Design front page of website

I require a coder that has the ability to do the following: 1. Speak English fluently 2. Design the look at feel for the website located at [login to view URL] 3. Provide images above the form, to the right of the form, behind the form, below the form and a background image that matches the look and feel of the website. 4. Provide a separate banner image 730x75 5. Avoid making the site completely geared toward guys. It will be a mix of men and women that will be using the website. 10. The stock photo image that is currently on the site will be removed. 11. When designing the form must stay where it is on the left but can be moved down slightly. The title "Friend's Name" must immediately be visible in 1024x768 view. 12. The text can be added into the images if it goes with the look and feel of the website. 13. Browser friendly (Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera). 14. Provide HTML and images showing that the graphics fit properly. 15. Ensure that you round the corners of the images so that it doesn't look like a big box. No Flash - Static Images only (I personally think 90% of flash is tacky) The Images must: 1. Not be lude or show women in a negative light. 2. Have a consistent feel and flow for the website. 3. Show adults that enjoy drinking and socializing. 4. Fit in a box not wider then 730px. Height is negotiable. 5. Be formatted in a usable SWF, GIF or JPEG format. Sorry, I don't know how to split a PSD file. The look and feel has to be geared toward adults (21+) in the USA that drink beer and would like to win a keg. If you don't know what a keg is, don't bid. Coder must have completed at least 2 other projects with a rating of 9 or better for both projects. A little bit about me: I'm a coder here on RAC, but I despise doing graphics work. I do PHP work and I like to write documentation. Graphics just aren't my thing. Good luck bidding! Feel free to ask questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform HTML and Images only Browser friendly (Firefox, IE, Safari, Opera)
