Integer data interpolation

Delphi 7 Project This is a basic interpolation problem. I have arrays of integers 1..8 The following variables are used. WindSpeed Array 1..8 //Integer NE34 SE34 SW34 NW34 NE50 SE50 SW50 NW50 NE64 SE64 SW64 NW64 The NE, SE, SW, NW represent direction (North East etc..) The 34, 50, 64 represent wind speed. The values assigned to these variables are distance, so a value of 80 for the NE34 variable would mean 34 Knot winds extend 80 miles to the North East. Here is the problem. Sometimes there are data gaps that have to filled in. (example: the XX64 data might be blank and needs to be interpolated by using a default factor to use with the WindSpeed variable. The data can also be interpolated by using data that is in the previous array position. I've attached a excel spreadsheet that shows the layout. The "?" is where the data needs to be filled in. I hope that makes sense. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Window and Delphi 7
