MQL MT4 Indicator Update

Greetings Coders! I have an existing 100 line moving average indicator called [login to view URL] that needs some minor changes made to it. Currently it draws a red or blue dot when one moving average crosses another moving average in Meta Trader 4. I only need? 2 things changed: 1. I need the indicator to not be triggered X million times when i switch time frames....such as switching from 30min time frame to 60 min time frame..it seems to be a bug in the code. I will help to explain it when you see the problem for yourself. 2. When the indicator is ACTIVATED by the Moving average lines crossing I need a text file? that is filled with? customer email? addresses(which can be updated at any time)? to receive a predetermined message? that includes the open entry price at the activation time and 3 closing prices that will be determine based on the entry price + 10 +20? +30 pips.? It should only send the email once to each person in the email list until the next trade is activated.
