Order Form Subscription Service/ User Management System

This project is going to have two parts. The way that I am describing it to you will allow you to implement the program and organize it in any which way that you would find the most efficient. This website will implement PHP/mySQL These two parts are going to be used in a website which will have an area with a form in which a user will subscribe to a service on the site (these areas will be filled out later). It will be for a subscription service and also selling goods. The form will be like that of a shopping cart. After this subscription is created, there will be a link to a database with the user's information. The user will be able to login and also edit his/her information through the user management system. The first part is **Secure order form** The fields in this form would be like that of a typical shopping cart. The user will enter information about him/herself, first name, last name, shipping address, billing address (with box to check if they addresses are the same). There will be two forms of payment which will be links to the paypal site and the [login to view URL] site. The user will be allowed to pay through this. What the user will be 'buying' will be subscription to the member's only parts of the website. After the user gets authorized 1.)they will recieve a confirmation email with a randomly generated user name and password. 2.)They will also get a confirmation email which will say that their credit card has been authorized for the transaction. 3.)The user information will be sent to a mySQL database **User Management System** This will pull the user information from the database and the user will be able to edit their info including username and pwd. There will also be an admin section where the administrator will have access to all of the user information and will be able to edit info for all of them. Since some pages on the site will be member's only, there will need to be a script for secure member portions of the site. Please let me know about any questions about the specifications ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/mySQL Windows
