Radio Station

I need a program the will broadcast audio from my sound card in real time to the net, it will need to be live as in no delays i want people to be able to connect to the stream through windows media player or real player. No playlist or DJ software is required just a good strong reliable server broadcaster which will run on my pc. I will also want to no how many people are connected to the stream email me for more details. I DO NOT WISH TO USE SHOUTCAST OR ICECAST OR ANY OF THOSE PROGRAMS AS THEY ALL HAVE DELAYS (WHEN I AM PLAYING MY MUSIC IT WONT ACTUALLY REACH THE LISTENERS PC FOR A BOUT 30 SECONDS) I WANT IT LIVE AS IN LIVE! AND I WANT IT BROADCASTED JUST FROM MY SOUNDCARD AS I HAVE HARDWARE PLUGGED INTO MY LINE IN. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform It needs to run on Windows XP in the latest version of Internet Explorer.
