Review MS Access code

This is a Microsoft Access .mdb, not a Project (SQL Server). It is a multi-user client-server application with two .mdbs, one acting as the server. Team A requests products and Team B finds out if these products are available on the open market and approves? or denies the request. ## Deliverables You must be a real expert in using MS Access in a multi-user environment (not SQL Server) to bid on this project. The code is already written, I am looking for any improvements you have to offer. Team A will open form "Poll - All Entries" and use Ctrl-N (for New) to add a symbol and quantity. Shift-Enter to save the record. Team B will use Ctrl-S to Stop Polling, go to a record, then use Ctrl-U (Update) to put in a approved quantity (App), enter the Contact and the Contra, then Shift-Enter to save. Team A will then complete the process by clicking Done and the item will then drop off the list. Team B can flag an item NG (No Good) if it is not available, the item then goes back to Team A which will flag it "Done". If an item is a real dupe (see below), Team A will flag it as "Dup". ? More than one person on Team A can put in a request for the same item so the code is checking for dupes on the Team A side. If Team B approves an item, the code flashes the window of the person on Team A who put in the request. The code is also interacting with Office Communicator 2005 but all it is doing is switching to Office Communicator and pasting the request into it. Both Team A and Team B are running Office Communicator 2005 so Team B gets an instant message if someone on Team A has put in a request. This is just for notification, all the data entry is being done in MS Access. If you do not have Office Communicator, you can use Notepad instead. I have included a file, "Smith, [login to view URL]". Open it. When the program starts it will ask what the "Target" is. Enter "Smith" and it should find the handle of the Notepad file and use it to input the data into Notepad. If this does not work, you should be able to use the FindWindows API to get the handle of "Smith, [login to view URL]" and input it manually into the code. Please could you go through the code and suggest improvements. ? I think both the dupe checking process and the Team A notification process (when an item has been approved by Team B)? are as fast as they can be but if you know of a way to make them faster, let me know. At any given time there will not be more than about? 6 or 7? people using the system, 13 is the max.
