Simple Website history tracker program

I would like a simple website tracker program created and branded with my logo. The program would need to be able to run in the background and track the internet history of users using the internet on a particular computer. Date, time and website visited would need to be displayed. The program must work even if the cookies and cache had been cleared on the internet browser concerned. I would like a full version and a restricted demo version created. Program must work with all internet browsers.
