Slice PSD into HTML and CSS #5

Hello Coders, I have PSDs of a Home and one Inner page for a Non-Profit Website. Note : The PSDs already have slice lines I need the PSD to be sliced as per following: 1. Sliced into HTML and CSS (You may use tables / tableless formats; its your choice) 2. Optimized images for quick loading 3. Optimized for IE, Firefox and Opera atleast 4. The Home page will have a scrolling section (see right of the attached image where there is a quote of Mahatma Gandhi). (Similar to the one on RAC). You can use the marquee tag if you wish. I will send the list of quotations to you alongwith the PSDs. Please see the attached JPEG of the Home Page. The inner page will obviously have less elements on it.
