Telerik Silverlight grid issues with Parent child display

One of our users showed me how this scroll bar doesn't work at their pc. On machine, the details only show the headings and the scroll doesn't work fully. You can see on the screen shot. her settings are 1280 x 720 but we tried others and it was the same issue. my settings are 1280 x 1024. This is the view when she clicks on the parent line, it only is giving the heading. Other PC's do not have this issue. The scroll does not work either for her.
