Tool to find and analyze keywords of competitors on Google Adwords

We are searching for a script or tool (may be existing) to find and analyze the keywords of our competitors on Google Adwords. The tool should find which keywords our competitors use, which ads they placed and as much information more as possible like landing pages, display urls, keyword prices, number of other competitors per keyword and so on. Output by sample in this format: keyword | position | price | number of competitors per keyword | landingpage | display url | ad text You should be a Google expert, dummy bids and messages without any usefull reference will be ignored. Sorry, but no time to play games.
