Windows Program With API

Hi, I am looking for a programmer who has experience working with the Blogger and Ebay APIs. If you already have a Windows program using the Blogger API that I can private label and resell please let me know. I am not sure what can can be done with the Blogger API, if you have some ideas please let me know via the PMB. I would like a Windows program using the Ebay API that allows the user to select the Ebay site location enter an Item number and they will see a count down timer for that item showing how much time is left until the auction closes.. They can entermultiple items and multiple IDs. They can also choose an auction and when the program is minimized it will disappera from the screen and the timer will be displayed in the system tray. This would be for a program I can resell. If you could give me some ideas for additional features that would be great. I would really like a blogger program created as well as the Ebay program. I can open up another project for the blogger program if we come up with a product idea.
