Freelance Wordpress Developer

We are looking to build a long term relationship with a freelancer or company that can build wordpress sites to the spec outlined below. We are looking for the appropriate freelancer to build from PSDs, this includes slicing and development. Wordpress integrations should use a theme called "default" which contain assets like so: /wp-content/themes/default/assets/ /wp-content/themes/default/assets/js/ /wp-content/themes/default/assets/css/ /wp-content/themes/default/assets/images/ They should be compatible with PHP 5.2. The menu should be either configurable via the Wordpress links section or be automatically generated via existing pages. Any slideshows should be easily customisable by the end-user. The following (or equivalent) plugins should be included: Custom Post Order My Page Order Tiny MCE Advanced Add Meta Tags Version 3.5 (or the latest) version of wordpress should be used. The final package should be upgrade-friendly where possible For Cuts: Put all HTML in a folder called: /dev and any css / images / js in these folders folder: /assets/css/ /assets/images/ /assets/js/ This site needs to work in IE7 + or at least gracefully degrade to < IE8. It should be done to a maximum width of 960px. CSS3 features can be used wherever possible. The site should scale properly to iPhone / iPad, in that background images etc should be preserved. Where possible, the view that this site will be run as a CMS should be taken. Code should be clean, classes should be uniform and reusable wherever possible and the layout should be as modular as possible. A different page type should avoid having a multitude of spread-out changes throughout the codebase wherever possible. Web-fonts should be used with web-safe fonts as a fall-back. Elements such as footers and navigation bars should 'stretch' to accomodate their content and also have reasonable a minimum height / width for aesthetic purposes. Please do not use technologies like cufon etc.
