Get Zip Code radius to display on correct page

We have the zip code radius search working but we need it to display results on the right page: ie. [login to view URL] The zip code radius search on that form does not work but it does when you search from [login to view URL] When you search from the zip code form it should bring the list of results below it with the correct state (ie. california). It should work for Management Companies and Vendors. Like I said. THE RADIUS SEARCH ALREADY WORKS! WE JUST NEED TO HAVE IT DISPLAY RESULTS ON THE RIGHT PAGE. Should be very simple for a knowledgeable programmer.
