Make wordpress site cross browser compatible

I have a worpress site that i need to put live. Its having problems being compatible with older versions of internet explorer. I need some one to fix the css urgently so i can put the site live. You will need to send me a disclosure agreement that nothing from the site will be copied. please send me your bids and pm's on how much and how quickly you can get this done. This is urgent!
