Matrimonial Plug-In for Wordpress

I need a Matrimonial Plug-In for Wordpress 3.5.1. This functionality is not intended to be a dating, flirting, messaging service. It will be made available at no cost to users given the non-profit nature of this site and its (Islamic) faith based humanitarian focus. As such, there will have no functionality for online payments etc from people looking for a life partner. Site users would be either the prospective bride/groom or their elders. The delivered product will have the following functionality: 1) user should login (by registering and creating a user profile, or by using Facebook, Twitter a/c per Jetpack plugin) 2) create user profile based on a) answering series of multiple choice questions via drop down menus, b) entering comments in text boxes and c) loading photo - the last item will be optional as some people (say parents of the girl) may not want to post a picture. 3) user can then run a search based on his/her selected criteria; then send email to prospective match(es) 4) the plug-in will also recommend matches based on cross referencing user profile to pool of users (I will provide this logic) 5) coding should be done with clear documentation in case simple changes are needed down the road when Wordpress goes to new release 6) moderated user comments section for people who have met their life partner through this site and want to leave feedback If you decided to bid, I will need a list of the Wordpress PlugIn that you have developed or customized, or relevant php/mysql expertise. There is a plug-in Genie WP Matrimony out there. I not sure how well it works, but it could give you a flavor for the basic structure for item 2 and 3 above. Please take a look at the same before bidding as it may give you a flavor for how to structure this plug-in via customization or writing from scratch - whatever works. There will be no advance payments for this project, but if you look at the website halalworks online, you will see that this project is fi sabeel Allah (faith based humanitarian initiative), so you will be paid 100% for properly doing the job listed above. The payment milestones are as follows: 50% when work is completed and app is successfully tested live by client (myself) on actual website. 30% more after 3 days of first milestone and not seeing any problems with use of app. If problem seen, payment of 30% is made as soon as the problem is fixed. Final 20% released after 30 days of app going live and users of the app confirming that it is working well. If users of the app happy - mission accomplished - so am I. If you do a good job at fair price I will use for additional work. So think of this as a long-term partnership. Good luck!
