Modify WP Theme to add Captions to Slideshow

I am using the Village theme ([login to view URL]). I need to add captions on the main slide show. The captions can be pulled from the image title, alt or caption tag (whichever is easier). I need the captions to be positioned in the corner of the image and to fade, change and appear as the images change. I would also need a CSS class added so that I could change the text size, color, etc. I will send the theme and mockups. Thank You.
