Simple 4 wordpress tasks needed urgently

Hello, I need these 4 tasks needed to be completed urgently in next couple of hours (max: 6 hours) 1: 'Request an Estimate' form made. I'll supply the fields 2: Change few images on some of the pages. 3: Add a little of layout of a couple of pages (not sure if you have to do this or not) 4: I have a small savings calculator (have working script for this) and I need this implemented on a wordpress page nicely. Willing to pay some $40-$50 for these tasks. Thanks.
