Hi, We are looking for a quote on help to design a website template for us under a short timeframe, and in the future would be able to help with design of the website theme. To give you an idea of what we are looking for, it would be a kind of template like the one behind this site: [login to view URL] We would later need help designing the theme for the website, and we will manage the content through wordpress I need someone who can complete the template within 4 weeks of us starting together, and would be able to make changes to the template as we go (so either have flexibility built into the price or an hourly rate).
