Wordpress Blog/Magazine Theme

I need a wordpress theme that I can post articles, pictures, and other material in a blog/magazine format. The theme must be able to post articles and format them the way I would like. The homepage I would like to have 3 columns which would be 3 different categories. The top of the column will be the Name and a graphic behind the name. Then in the bottom 2/3 I would like a story to cycle through, every 5 seconds. The stories that cycle through must be in that category. The right and left columns will have story circulating through them and the middle column will circulate pictures and [login to view URL] each column/ category there will be a square with the top 3 story links to redirect you to the top stories. The sidebar needs to have the user login, with registering and control panel with basic features. Under that we would like to have a standard Adsense ad unit. Under that we would like a category breakdown for easily searching articles. The navigation bar will need to have 5 tabs. First is home, that will redirect you to the homepage. Next is quotes, this page will have a list of quotes, but in picture format. Next will be pictures, we would like to have a nice gallery of pictures. Next will be submit, so users can submit a question. Last will be Our Story, which will just be a blank page to write about us info. I will need to be able to submit articles into the categories and have them then cycle through on the home page. We want it to be done professionally and to our needs. We would like to keep in direct contact, other then freelancer if possible to make necessary changes. We will provide all graphics and articles later.
