Wordpress Plugin - Social Network Updates to Posts

Hello, For a new Wordpress website, I want to feed the blog post section through my social networks. So, basically, what I want is a plugin, where I can fill in my ID's from my social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Twitpic, Youtube, Soundcloud e.o.) which automatically creates blog posts with the right features. For instance, when a photo is posted on Facebook, I want this to be shown as a photo. When a Tweet is tweeted, I want this to be shown as text. When a Youtube video is posted, I want this to be shown as a embedded video. I dont want the plugin to just fetch the data from the networks when the page is loaded, I want to save it in the database as a blogpost. This is very important! I've found a similar plugin for Wordpress, but this doesn't do the trick for me. This is what I want, but then saved into the database: [login to view URL] Who can help me out with this?
