I need someone to build me a custom wordpress theme to look exactly like I have laid out in image. I don't want someone to just customize a template for me... I have attached a JPG file of how I'd like the body laid out. Basically, it will be the design with the black transparent "text-area" over top of it. Make sense? The site doesn't need to be that wide, but it gives you room to crop down to fit. Navigation/header would be toward the top of the black transparent area, main content area below. I only need two layouts (full width & right sidebar). The reason for doing this is to make my site load VERY FAST.
