wordpress thesis theme expert

I have a website built on wordpress with the thesis theme that i want the styling to look similar to this http://www.marieforleo.com. (her's is also built using the thesis theme. I like the optin subscribe elements the different header pictures for different pages elements just the basic minimalistic look of the design of her site. all this can be done using the thesis theme I am also trialling the Marketer's Delight skin for thesis to see if this would be more helpful. For those that are experts in thesis this should not be a big time consuming job as thesis is a drag and drop design backend etc. Please only bid if you can show me sites that you have constructed using thesis! I will ONLY consider providers that can prove they have used the thesis theme before and know its inner workings and can turn this project over quickly. My budget for this is > $50 as all the functionality is there in the thesis themes it just needs stying and constructing the front and inner pages.
