AJAX rich GUI for picture gallery(repost)

Looking for an expert in AJAX frameworks (ExtJS, adobe Spry, Dojo, YahooUI etc.) to create an AJAX-based image gallery GUI component. This should be a relatively simple component for AJAX experts who are good at AJAX-based UI. The AJAX component will be used to provide a mechanism for our users to upload image files and select images from the image gallery. In addition to designing and implementing a visually appealing and user-friendly UI, the coder shall also propose and implement a clearly defined call interface to the backend (to be coded by us) via JSON, HTTP parameters, or the like. Further design / requirements will be given on request.
