Adaptation of photoshop mockup to zen cart website

Work with graphic designer to produce a workable zen cart mockup. Then, taking the graphic designer's mockup, create a drop-in zen cart template that accurately reflects the design goals encapsulated in the mockup. ## Deliverables 1) Complete a fully-functional zen-cart template based on mockup provided by 3rd party graphic designer deviating only when agreed to by both coder and Buyer. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) Deliverables must be installed by the Buyer in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) Deliverables must adhere to the standard template scheme employed by Zen Cart, and deviate only upon written agreement between Buyer and Coder. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Disputes will be handled under the juristiction of Sacramento, California. ## Platform LAMP (php).
