Convert joomla ltr template to rtl

I would like to convert the joomla 1.5 theme mixxmag ([login to view URL]) currently Let to Right to also support Right to left theme (RTL). It has to be FULLY converted to support both Left to Right and Right to Left including all the features and components that comes with the theme in the demo. It MUST appear correctly on the following browsers: IE 5.5 IE 6 IE 7 Firefox 2.x windows Firefox 2.x ubuntu Firefox 3.x windows Firefox 3.x ubuntu Safari /Mac The quality has to be as the original theme, with NO Exceptions. No need for language translations. I do have the Mixxmag template and the components available in the demo and demo sample content allowing you to easily deploy a replicate of the mixxmag demo site.
