Full time freelance PHP developer

I’m looking to hire an experienced full-time PHP-developer to help in the creation of an e-commerce/analytics/mobile marketing website along with whatever it needs get it online, including the database, XML...etc. we want the following: 1. Scraping the App Store / Android Market for price changes and other information 2. Creation of a complete e-commerce back end. 3. Creation of Admin tools connected to iPhone / Android app features. 4. Creation of a CMS to control the content of the website and applications. 5. We will be acquiring information/numbers from our apps, and we need to present these information in several types of charts. 6. Create a control panel for users. Requirements : Excellent knowledge in PHP, MySQL, Apache, HTML, XML. Full time freelancers are preferred over companies. Please note that there will be a fixed price set for each month's pay, which will be paid according to deliverable goals.
