PSD to XHTML QUICK turn around needed

I have a layered PSD that I need converter to XHTML and CSS asap. I pretty much need it in around 12 hours. It is of a UI for a backend interface. If you do a good job, I have 8 more pages that need coding. I will send over the PSD to look at to specific people only who I am considering. RAC decided to block my IP because I was using their site too much. After 40+ projects I am a little infuriated. Right now I found a way around it using a proxy, but obviously they ruined my chance to get this done on time. So, new due date will be tomorrow at 8pm PST. I will pick the best coder tonight for the job as the project obviously will not get done in time now.
