Payroll Project

I would like to have a payroll program done using the C# language, forms, and XML. Here is the description of what the program should be able to perform the following tasks. a. Create web interface to accept the data as a XML document. b. Create XML schema (.XSD). c. Create a database (Access DB) from XML data with schema. d. Create C# GUI interface with .NET frame work. e. Connect the db using [login to view URL] with C# GUI interface. f. The report should include total number of employees, total salary of employees, and the average of the salary. g. Increase the salaries of all the employees by 5 % when request by user. h. Search for an employee by employee ID to change name and salary. i. Search for an employee by name to change name and salary. j. Check whether the tax rate should be changed or not on this date. If the date is the date to change the rate, change the rate and ranges for tax table. It should reflect the change in your tax and salary computation. k. Sort functions for the employee ID number and employee names in the ascending order. l. Option of being able to find the faculty member with certain teaching subject and generate the report for the name of faculty, department and teaching subject. m. Find the staff member with certain skills and generate the report for the name of staffs, department and their skills. n. Searching multiple teaching subjects and multiple working skills and their reports. Thank you very much. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
