25547 SMS / Text message portal

We posted this project earlier, but we had bad luck picking a programmer (3 times!!), so we try again. We need the following options in the script: Important: - the use of a language file/directory using PHP's DEFINE codes, as we are doing the site in several languages Features: - referral credit, if members refer other members, they should get extra credit of X points, only to be granted after their referral has bought credit from us (they must have sent at least 1 sms to count as a referral). - Members should be able to choose if they want their profile to be public with a checkbox. The profile should consist of: firstname, lastname, city, phonenumber (which is never public), date of birth, gender, sexual orientation (gay, bi, straight), picture (which they can upload), eye color, hair color. - happy hour: we need to select what hour will be happy hour, a checkbox or other form fields to enter this should be fine. Each member can only send X number of FREE messages during this happy hour. - members should be able to plan their sms in advance, so we send it at their given time and date. - anonymous, as well as own name/number, sending of an sms message. - a calender with their account profile, so they can set a date (or more) on which they want to get an sms message to remind them of anything (their wedding day, a birthday or whatever). - a checkbox to have members send their message with or without our promotion at the bottom (with promotion is cheaper). - delivery report for sent messages (integrated with history of last X massages) that will be removed after X days. - subscription to certain items, such as for example: horoscopes, sports, news, stocks etc.. Could be one additional table field, comma seperated per item. - different payment methods (if you already have some ready, we're glad to have those implemented, if you don't, we'll create those ourselves). Send MMS Simple (Multiple) SMS Send Bulk SMS Send: - Same Message Bulk SMS (fast way yo deliver a message to a lot of numbers) - Customized Message Bulk SMS (Each message follows a template that includes placeholders of the type: %fname% and %lname% and %age% and every message can be customized with the specified contact's details) - SMS sending with the use of XML input Mail SMS Alert (for POP3 Accounts) - Simple API in order to allow your client to create their own SMS sites that will use the credits that they buy from you with the click of a button. Their users will be kept in your database as contacts for the specific client - Advanced SMS API that will allow your client to create his own custom SMS site that will use the credits he purchased on your site Contact Lists: - First Name, Last Name, Phone Number - Groups - Bulk Contact Loading From csv file Administration area - Reports For credit usage - Setting up happy hour and amount of messages a member can send for free during this happy hour - Can be integrated with any payment gateway you choose. Looks like a big list, but most things are pretty easy to implement when you're working on it. We will use [login to view URL] as a gateway, but if you can do it with Clickatell that is fine too. We'll change gateways ourselves. We do need it very very fast, it had a deadline April 1st:-( We do NOT need a design, we have that ready.
