C# app to download/read xml file

The goal if this project is to create a c# console program that will download a zip file and read the xml file into a arraylist/icollection for later insertation into a DB. I will add all of the DB code, this project is only to create a app that does the following: 1. Download the ZIP file from the URL 2. Unpack the ZIP file to a temp dir (working dir) 3. Read the XML file into a internal arraylist/icollection object ( I will add code to the project that will loop through this arraylist and insert it's data into the DB ) 4. Delete the temp files The ZIP file can be found here: <[login to view URL]>The application will be run as a scheduled task on a Server 2003 machine so it should have good exception handling, error handling/logging, etc. Note that the URL for the zip download should be stored and read from the [login to view URL] file. Overall this should be a small project. ## Deliverables 1. C# application with complete source code 2. C# should be in working order (downloads zip/unpacks/reads xml data into internal structure/deletes files) 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
