cURL / PHP / Proxy developer needed

I have an existing PHP script that uses cURL to grab y0utube videos I need someone to review my script and modify it to make requests through a proxy server I have setup. I also need you to setup some error handling in the event we're unable to get the video location from y0utube. Lastly if we're unable to get the video location we will scrape the video location from another Y0uTube downloader website to add reduncancy The idea is my script needs to be as close to 100% working all the time, so whatever reduncancies we can put into place is the goal. I also have an XML script that will need to be updated, the xml script return the video's location's in an XML output. Quote me your hourly rate or bid on the project.
