read xml file using php

I would to have a php function created to: 1. read XML file (stocks data). ([login to view URL]) 2. Load the data to database table. Note: XML file contains only stockname so inorder to load the data for the stock to the stockdata table, you need to get the ticker from the stockinfo. (stockinfo table: zk_serialno,zk_ticker,zk_stockname_eng) (Stockdata table: zk_serialno,zk_ticker,zk_date,zk_open,zk_high,zk_low,zk_close,zk_volume,zk_amount) if the stock ticker is not known in the database, add it to an array of the error data to be displayed back to the browser. 3. Display the data back to the browser as a table format. Thanks
