I need a Real Estate Website like [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] running in India, According to Indian Real Estate Market. I've not created any requirement sheet as such but I can explain if you don't get anything on the above given websites. Mainly consider [login to view URL] 1. It should contain a proper area for Developers Project, Premium Dealers, Premium Developers and Others for their Ads on Home page and city pages. 2. Property Submissions for Free and Premium users 3. Property Search: results will be of two types Free and Premium and Premium project should also get highlighted on the right side according to residential, commercial for a specific city or state. 4. Admin panel for payments and property verification and approval. You can more elaborate these requirements if you have already worked on some real estate project or you can find these requirements on the above given websites. I want this work should be done as soon as possible either in PHP OR .NET/C#.
