15726 vBulletin skin & coding

Project Description:
I recently bought the domain VerizonTalk.com. It was an existing forum with a skin, but it now needs to be re-done. a new version of vBulletin was loaded at VerizonTalk.com/forum a couple days ago.

Now I need to create a skin with some custom design and coding. I would like the site to look like this one: http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/ (same colors and tabs at the top that I can add/change as needed and same areas for ad space - that I can easily place ads in).

I would also like for it to have a right column like the one at www.adminfusion.com (showing latest posts, statistics, etc., "automatically updated" - same categories as they have in their right column).

I will handle logos and images.

But I absolutely want to make sure I have someone who knows vBulletin VERY well, who has done this before, who can e-mail me links to view their work, and who know databases, CODING, and design very well. It will need to look sharp and clean - hopefully as professional-looking as adminfusion.com (which we'll be copying the right colum from).
