Extract plain text from doc,docx,pdf and msg with PHP

Hi, I need a PHP class which can extract only plain text from: Doc, docx, pdf and msg files. All readable text should be extracted (and only this). The script should be able to run on a shared server with no add-on's or modification to ini files or similar. It is an advantages if you can use the zend framework in the solution. Budget is 30-60$.
