Integration of an easy to use file upload component into groupjive
1) adding of "Uploaded Files" with code in the group view

The eventlist component is already integrated, there some of the code can be copied. Following functions should be working:
- file upload of group members (only available after login)
- uploaded files in every group are shown (without login in public groups, in private groups only available for group members)
- the uploaded file is shown with the member, who has done the upload and the time
- in the upload page a check button must be integrated, whether all members of the group should get a private message about the upload
- code for sending of the private message (component already installed, code for that is there, can be copied) must be added
- deleting of the files only by the group moderator or the member, who has uploaded it
- in the group view there must be added a link to the integrated component and the latest file uploads must be shown (see 1)
- in general this function mus be avalailable in every group which the members can create
- the code integration must be documented, because I want to have the possibility to make it again later by myself in a new version of groupjive
