I have two problems with some Google maps I am setting up on a site. They appear to be php related.
1.)IE fails to display the Google maps, and gives me an error message as follows:
Line: 43
Character: 1
Error: Object expected
Code: 0
2.)Firefox does display the same page, including all pins just as it should, except the page is not centering correctly with the pins displaying. That is, the map is centered to the north of where the pins are located, so that none of them can be seen without moving the map. I believe that when the IE error is corrected, it will center correctly. This is a separate Firefox problem.
IE worked ok in PHP 4.3.2, so I think that the problem is that the current site is PHP 5.1.6. Probably fixing the page to work in this version of PHP will solve the IE problem.
Firefox had the same centering problem in 4.3.2 as it does now.
The site and page with the difficulty is:
-Tom
They are some javascript errors. No wonder it cant work on IE (IE always stops to continue when JS error), but Firefox doesnt (FF just skips the error line). Accept my bid, and I will fix this within an hour only.
