PHP Google AdWords Scraper (Keyword Planner)

Hello, I am in need of a php script that can login to Google Adwords Keyword planner and fetch keyword information. I'd like to be able to enter a keyword, set the language and country (plus the few other options that the keyword planner form offers). Once entered, I would like to receive an array that returns me all the keyword ideas (800), CPC, local search, global search, advertiser competition and trend for all the keywords. The script has to be in PHP and should be a class, as I am including it in an already existing web project. I had a developer who told me he can create such a script, but after waiting 2 weeks, he then contacted me and told me he can't find a solution. So please, before you apply for this job, have a look at Goole AdWords keyword planner so you can see how difficult it would actually be. You should also be familiar with PHP, know how to scrape properly, and be able to create a php class that I then can use.
