Upload progress bar and improved upload process

I have a section on my website where mp3-files are being uploaded to the server. This upload process needs to be improved. One of the things which must be changed is the usage of sessions cause some web-browers blocks these and the upload doesn't work. And I also need an upload progress bar. Maybee you can use this one: [login to view URL] But the layout should look a little bit nicer. You must be able to work quickly and always answer my mails within hours. And you need to comment the code of course. it would be good if you could "clean up" the exising code as well. This wont take much tme for someone who knows what they're doing.
