Graphic designer for possible ongoing work

I am looking for a graphic designer to design / re-design web templates, product box templates (virtual), banner templates, cd disc templates, dvd slip templates.? The cd disc template and dvd slip template will also need to be kunaki ready.? I will provide original design source files to re-design where I have originals and will expect the quality to be at least as high if not higher than original. If I do not have originals I will provide an example as to the quality level expected as a minimum. I do require someone with experience of all of the above, including preparing cd disc templates and dvd slip templates ready to send to kunaki. As deliverables I will require the uncompressed photoshop psd file sources, high quality jpeg & tiff files. For the cd disc template and dvd slip template I will also need kunaki ready files. ## Deliverables Please provide samples of your work for all of the above types. I would like you to provide prices on all of the above items, and also a price for above items without the cd disc and dvd slip. Please advise on turnaround time and whether you would be available for ongoing work.
