Hi, I would like to create an HTML page from a PSD. The HTML must be compatible with IE 8-9, Chrome, Safari and Firefox. Must be coded with div, not table. All the text you see must be in text in the HTML except for the text under the logo and the "Investigation" white text (for both you can create an image) The page must be aligned center and the background texture must be expandable. Don't forget the roll-over on the carousel. No roll-over on the first item of the carousel (add new project, but the cursor must change to a pointer cursor when the mouse is over it) The final result must look like the [login to view URL] file. Thanks.
