Copy/paste photos from batch scans to individual files

I scanned about 200 family photos in batches, 3-6 photos per scan. I have 45 of these scans. I need someone to copy and paste the individual photos into individual files, center them if they are a little rotated, and then save them as JPG highest quality. No editing or retouch required. An example is attached. The deliverable is ~200 individual .jpg files, centered (if required) and saved as highest quality JPG.
