Photoshop Retoucher

Hello, looking for an excellent Photoshop Retoucher. We will have many images coming to be worked on, so we will ultimately choose the least expensive Retoucher who displays the best and most proficient set of skills. MUST email us before and after image samples that demonstrate not only basic retouching, but also photo manipulation, background removal, object removal/replacement, and body contouring. On the basic retouching samples, we MUST see that you are able to create smooth, even natural looking skin tones, no blur tools,etc. experience with Portraiture is a plus.
