Edit ID card using Photoshop, need PSD file. - repost

Hi, I need all the text in the red boxes to be editable in a PSD template. I need to be able to replace the photos, the big one is on the left, the smaller one is on the right side above "Hair: BLK", I will need the seal on the bigger photo on the left side too, if you can edit the seal out and give it to me in a separate image file with transparent background, then that's fine too, or whatever works, like if I can just replace an image in there and seal is already in place. Both photos have lines on them, so i'm not sure if it's possible to replace with new photos with the lines. **Professional only, the ID MUST look real afterward, with the background details still the same, especially the details in the photos (lines)** If you can do all this, please bid!
