IPhone App for Web Site

iPhone Application for one section for our website. [login to view URL] The high level summary of the application would be the user will: User Experience: User clicks on App icon. User will then be provided a list of Hair Style Categories, to include but not limited to (Short, Medium, Long, Curly, etc.) When the user selects a category, they will be provided a list of all hairstyle photos in small thumbnail form. (There can be anywhere from 10 - 200 photos in a single category) The user can then select a thumbnail photo and a larger (full screen version) of the photo will be shown. Basic Information regarding the photo can be shown on top of the photo or with additional click, etc. Additional information will only be (Stylist Name, Photographer Name), not more than 50 characters. Functionality: We want this app to be 100% an iPhone App, and must follow all iPhone Application best practices / standards? including recommended navigation. WE DO NOT WANT an app that will simply connect to an html web page. User Interface: Programmer will develop the entire user interface following iPhone best practices, buttons, navigation, we will provide high res logos, color scheme, etc. Server Side: Programmer will provide suggestions on best methods for pulling data (i.e., categories, thumbnail of photos, and regular resolution of photos).? All of the data can and will change automatically and / or will be updated periodically. This information can be pulled from web server via, XML file, Web Services, text file,? etc.? Photos will sit on Web Server and can be retrieved using the method that will best comply with iphone application standards or developers recommendations. Ownership: The iPhone App can only be submitted under our company name, and developer acccount.? Programmer will not be allowed to submit the iPhone App to the Apple store for any reason.
